There are classics in styles of dressing but a couple of the classics that seem to never be out of style is the turtleneck sweater and the tailored jacket. This is never more true than for this 2008 fall season.
You cannot go wrong with the numerous varieties of turtleneck sweaters from the rolled collar to the mock collar, from the sleeveless to the long elegant sleeves. The turtleneck will go wonderfully with casual slacks, dressy trousers, with slim long or short skirts and really great with tights. Wearing a black turtleneck is excellent for showing off beautiful jewelry or in just framing a fantastic face. Just about everyone can wear a turtleneck successfully. The sleeveless turtleneck is perfect to wear under a jacket. This fall season a more soft material is preferable and should be more tailored rather than the last years bulky style. The mock turtleneck is great if a person cannot tolerate bulk up around the neck. Add a belt, and you are set to impress!
The fall season calls for the classic little fitted jacket that will go with just about everything from a little black dress to skirts, slacks or jeans. The tailored jacket makes any body form appear more feminine and solves a number of figure problems. If you have a few lumps this jacket will camouflage those and will indicate a waistline where there is none. This little jacket is also available in numerous fabrics such as tweed, denim, corduroy, leather, beautiful variety of plaids and for that evening out, velvet. And what is more appropriate for that all important job interview or for everyday wear to the office than the smart business suit with the little tailored jacket.
